Yes. If a retainer ends and the client wants to keep access on their own, switch them over so they pay directly. If a paying client moves into a deeper retainer with you, switch them into a seat you cover. Per-client choice, no penalty for switching.
What happens when the early adopter offer ends?+×
Every client gets 60 days free when they first access your agent. Their monthly subscription starts after that. This gives them time to build trust in the agent and see the value before they are billed.
What if a paying client cancels mid-month?+×
They keep access until the end of the month they have paid for. No partial refunds, no further charges. You do not pay anything for cancelled marketplace clients.
Why would I cover the seat myself if my client is willing to pay?+×
Two reasons. First, retainer clients often expect a single, all-inclusive fee. Asking them to pay a separate subscription on top can feel like nickel-and-diming a relationship that is meant to be premium. Second, the seat price gets cheaper per client as you grow.
Can I change my client pricing?+×
The £150 is the marketplace minimum. If your hourly rate is below that, you can list at £150 and break even, or cover the seat yourself. Charging clients only generates revenue for you if you list above £150.
Do I need to commit to a contract?+×
No. Everything is monthly. Cancel any time. Your digital coach stays as you have built it; you can pause and come back without losing your work.
