How much does GuidanceAI cost?

Creating and training your digital coach is free. You only pay when clients connect. There are two ways your clients can access your digital coach. You can cover the cost yourself by buying seats, with prices ranging from £120 to £150 per seat per month depending on how many seats you have. Or your clients can subscribe directly through the marketplace at a price you set, where GuidanceAI takes a flat £150 per month per active client and you keep the rest.

Is there a free option?

Yes. Building your digital coach is free. There's no platform fee or subscription required to set it up and train it. You only start paying when clients connect, either by covering their seat or by them subscribing directly through the marketplace.

How does seat pricing work as I add more clients?

Accepted Answer

Seats get cheaper as you add more. Under the early adopter offer, your first three seats are £150 in total per month against a true value of £450. Seats 4 to 6 are £135 each (10% off the £150 base). Seats 7 to 12 are £127.50 each (15% off). Seats 13 to 24 are £120 each (20% off). For example, 12 seats with the early adopter offer works out at £1,320 per month.

What is the early adopter offer?

Your first three seats are £150 in total per month rather than the standard £450. It's available to coaches setting up their digital coach during the early adopter period.

What's the minimum I can charge clients on the marketplace?

Accepted Answer

£150 per month. That's the flat amount GuidanceAI takes per active client when they subscribe directly. You can set your marketplace price higher than that and keep everything above £150. For example, if you set your price at £500 per month, GuidanceAI takes £150 and you keep £350 per client.

Can I cover the cost for some clients and have others pay directly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The two work side by side. You might absorb seats for retainer clients who already pay you a single all-in fee, while having other clients subscribe directly through the marketplace. They run as separate buckets and you can mix them however suits your practice.

Are there processing fees on top?

Accepted Answer

No. Payment processing is absorbed by GuidanceAI: 1.5% on coach-funded seats and 3% on marketplace subscriptions. The prices shown are what you pay or take home.
