At GuidanceAI, we help experienced advisors, coaches, and experts extend their support beyond meetings, without diluting trust, authority, or the relationships they’ve built.
We believe the most valuable advisory work doesn’t happen in documents or frameworks, but in judgment, context, and conversation. Yet too often, that value is constrained by time, calendars, and availability.
Guidance exists to change that.
Strong advisory relationships shouldn’t go quiet between meetings.
Leaders make decisions continuously, not on a monthly cadence. Advisors care deeply about outcomes, not just sessions. But the traditional delivery model hasn’t kept up with how work actually happens.
We believe advisors should be able to support clients more consistently, without working more hours or becoming “always on”.
GuidanceAI was born out of lived experience.
Gerry Tombs, CEO of AgentimiseAI, has worked closely with coaches and advisors throughout his career. He valued those relationships deeply, not just for structured sessions, but for the judgment, reassurance, and perspective they provided.
But like many leaders, Gerry often found that the moments he needed guidance most didn’t line up neatly with the next meeting. Questions would arise in real time. Decisions needed to be made under pressure. And too often, he had to either wait, guess, or look elsewhere for support.
At the same time, he saw the other side of the equation: trusted advisors who genuinely cared about their clients’ outcomes, but were limited by time and availability.
Guidance was created to bridge that gap, not by replacing advisors, but by extending how their support is delivered. A way for clients to access trusted guidance between meetings, and for advisors to stay present without being always on.
What started as a CEO’s frustration with the limits of traditional advisory support became a platform designed to strengthen those relationships for both sides.
